Band sealer---- the machine that apply heating and pressure to seal all kinds of bag continuously , normally called band sealer, continuous band sealer , or continuous sealing machine.

Do you know how does the band sealer work?  Ok, below are the steps:

1. Put your products into your package( like: plastic bag, foil bag, pouch etc.)

2. Put the package into the guide feed in mouth.

3. The package goes through the heating block, guided by the teflon belt, the edge of the package will warm up immediately, the temperature is pre-set based on the material of your package.

4. The package go through the press wheel,

5. The package go through the cooling black, cooled by the build in fan.

6. The package go through the sealing wheel, sealing process finished.

7. The package go through the printing wheel, it can emboss dates on the package, like EXP, MFG, LOT etc.  Or just need texture printing or strip line printing. It’s based on what kind of sealing edge you need.

8. The package get out from the guide belt, then the whole sealing process finished.

In one word, it’s quite easy to operate and very fast, really useful for your business.
